Safety is our top priority. Our bouncy castles are inspected and meticulously maintained annually by certified professionals. During setup, we'll demonstrate the correct operation of the anchoring system, blower, and maximum number of children. You'll receive a brief, clear briefing and a checklist for supervision. We pause operation in case of rain or strong winds – it's better to wait a short while than to take a risk. And if anything is unclear, we're available and ready to help.
Inquiry, quote, date confirmed – and you know exactly what happens when. We arrive on time, set up quickly, and explain everything directly at the equipment. No special knowledge is required; clear instructions are all it takes. If desired, we can provide support or remain within earshot. After the event, dismantling is quick and clean, allowing you to focus on your guests and the program.
With us, you know the cost upfront – no hidden fees. We calculate transparently: rental, delivery, optional support or generator. If something can be done more cheaply (e.g., for a shorter rental period), we'll let you know. We offer package deals for recurring events. This keeps your budget predictable, even for clubs and schools. Fairness before, during, and after the event.
Not every location has high-voltage power – no problem. We can bring a generator upon request and coordinate cable routes and safety measures. Narrow access roads or special regulations? We'll assess the situation and find a practical solution. Time slots can often be adjusted flexibly as well. Our goal: Your event runs smoothly – regardless of infrastructure or weather conditions.
You have a dedicated contact person from the very beginning – not an anonymous ticketing system. Short communication channels, clear answers, and quick feedback. If anything is unclear on-site, we're available and will help immediately. We prefer to discuss things beforehand rather than improvise. This close contact ensures everyone feels secure and the event runs smoothly. That's exactly how it should be.

ADW is insured in accordance with statutory due diligence requirements for the activities we carry out. We hold a valid fairground operator's permit and, if required, provide the corresponding safety certifications (e.g., TÜV certificates).
Please note: Participants/guests are not insured through ADW. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate health and accident insurance.
In the case of self-service (without supervision by ADW) as well as in the case of collection/transport of the attractions, the renter is fully liable for damage, theft or accidents.
Depending on the occasion, we recommend taking out additional event insurance.
